Buying on crazymall is easy and fun!

1.Find an Item
Keyword Search: Just type in some keywords about the product that you want into the Search Box. If you know the category the item belongs to, then you can select that as well. This will help get better search results. Click on 'GO'. You can use the facets on the left navigation to filter your search results.
2. Learn about the item you found
Before you buy, take the time to know as much as about the product to make an informed buying decision. Pay attention to the:
• Information about the Product and its
details
• Price of the Product
• Take a look at the Payment Information
and any other Shipping Instructions.
3.Add to Cart
You can add the item to your Shopping Cart. Your Shopping Cart allows you to change the quantities and remove products before proceeding to Checkout. Review the items in your Shopping Cart. You can remove a particular product from the Shopping Cart in case you have changed your mind. Alternatively you can change the quantity too. Once you have made a final decision on items you want to buy in the Shopping Cart and ready to place an order, click on 'Proceed to Checkout'. You will be taken to the next page. You need to Sign-In (login) at this point.
4.Sign-In or Sign-Up
If you are already a registered member with crazymall, enter your e-mail address and password and Sign-In. If this is your first purchase with us, click the Sign-Up link to register and enter your shipping and contact details.
5.Specify Shipping Details
Your Shipping Address will be pre-populated from your default address. You can add a new shipping address here or select a different address from your Address Book. Once you are done, click on Pay Now to proceed to the final shopping step.
6.Choose a Payment Method
You can select from the available modes of payment(i.e. Credit Card / Cheque / DD) and submit your order. Once you have submitted the payment, your order is complete. You will see a Thank You page with the details of your order. You will also receive an email confirming your order. In case you have chosen Cheque / DD, your order will be registered with us and will be approved once the payment is realised.

Order Related |

You will be informed about your Order Status at every stage through an email. However, you can check the status of your orders by logging into the Your Account section and clicking on the particular order. If you are still not satisfied with the status, please contact our Customer Support Department.

We take utmost care to ensure that the items delivered to you are in a perfect condition. However, there is a possibility of the item being damaged during transit. In such cases, we will replace the item to you at No Extra Cost. Please let us know about this issue within 7 days of receiving the productc and the crazymall Team will arrange to replace the item or refund the amount back to you. Kindly contact CustomerSupport team, to intimate that the product has reached you in a damaged/defective condition

Usually all orders are processed and shipped within 15 working days, after payment is confirmed. However, certain categories of products have a different lead-time for delivery purely due to the nature of the product category

You cannot change the details once the Order is placed. Please contact CustomerSupport Department in case of any queries.

It’s difficult to cancel an order once placed, because the entire process is automated and does not need any human intervention apart from physically packing the orders and preparing it for dispatching. Do get in touch with us if you need to cancel your order and we will do our best to fulfill your wish if the shippment preparation process hasn't started yet.

We will make the best possible effort to ensure that the correct product is sent to you. Please contact Customer Care, so that we can arrange for the correct product to be shipped out to you. We will also have the incorrect item to be picked up without any additional cost to you. We apologise for the inconvenience caused to you.

Once we receive the Cheque/DD, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address. In case you have not received the email, kindly let us know the courier details so that our Customer Care Team can get back to you on the same.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent and we only use your information as online sales only. We understand clearly that You and Your Information is one of our most important assets. We store and process Your Information on computers located in the India that are protected by physical as well as technological security devices. We use third parties to verify and certify our privacy principles.

• Use a combination of at least 6 to 8 letters, numbers, and special characters
• Don't use single words that can be found in any dictionary (example: lion ).
• Don't use personal information others can easily obtain or guess (example:
your name, phone number or birth date).

• Never give your Billing Information except to facilitate a purchase.
• If you have fallen for an online scam and gave out your password, change your password right away. You can do this by using the Change Password link in the Your Account Section. You could also use the Forgot Password feature to have your password reset and sent to your mailbox.

Cost of Shipping & Handling = 5% of order value, subject to a minimum of Rs 30 and a maximum of Rs 300.

Yes, you can send the order to an address different than the address with which you registered. On the Shipping Details page, you can Add a New Address. This address is saved in Your Address Book and you can use it for subsequent purchases as well. Shipping products to multiple addresses will be available soon - we are in the process of building this feature.

Our 15-day Return Policy covers only products under all type of Apparels. Due to operational reasons, we cannot accept returns on product categories which don't fall under the above mentioned categories. If you have purchased any apparel at CrazyMall.in and the product did not meet your expectations or does not fit your needs, then you can return the product to us, no questions asked, as long as it is in its original packaging and accompanied by its invoice. Just contact our Customer Care within 15 days of having received the product and we'll arrange to pick up the product from your home - simple. We will process your refund and credit the amount to your credit card, net-banking account or send you a Cheque.

Using your Account |

If you don't remember your password, use the Forgot Password link on the Sign-In page to generate a new password. The password will be emailed to you on the email address with which you have signed-up with us.

You can save your carts from the Shopping Cart page. You can save as many carts as you like. Your Saved Shopping Carts are available under the Your Account section. You can move your saved carts back to the Shopping Cart and buy the products. Please note that your Shopping Cart will always reflect the latest prices of the products, where as the prices in your saved shopping carts could be outdated
